Unlike many other homes in the area, this house is conveniently situated on level ground, eliminating the need for uphill climbs. You'll feel safe and secure in this peaceful neighborhood, complete with bike trails and scenic seawalks for leisurely strolls.

Inside, you'll discover a true home away from home. As this is my personal residence, I've taken great care to ensure your utmost comfort during your stay.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts all the amenities you need to prepare delicious meals, including a wine fridge, oven, fridge, and coffee maker.
Unwind in the master bedroom (upstairs), where a breathtaking view of the harbor, water, and Stanley Park awaits. The California king bed provides ample space for a restful night's sleep, and a portable air conditioning unit ensures your comfort. Another bedroom offers a queen bed (on the main floor beside a full bathroom) and a delightful harbor view, while two standard-sized bedrooms (upstairs) provide cozy double beds and captivating mountain or harbor vistas.
For guests who value relaxation and outdoor entertainment, the heated back patio features a luxurious hot tub and an invigorating outdoor shower. You can even watch your favorite shows on the second small TV outside while savoring a mouthwatering barbecue prepared on the great BBQ provided.

Summary: Me and my 14 year old daughter, my elderly parents and my sister and her husband all came from the US to stay at this lovely home. It was a GREAT location and the host couldn't have been more wonderful.I couldn't rave about our adventure enough. Summary: All was as advertised. It's a 5 minute walk to a mall including a Whole Foods for groceries and in the other direction, many restaurants and small shops. It's very quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is well-equipped. Be aware that the owner may communicate via WhatsApp which I don't use and didn't realize and so there was some confusion about checking in. Once we figured that out, all was easy and smooth.

Summary: This property was very accurate to what was put on the listing. Chris gave very good recommendations to many restaurants and shopping centers. The house was in walkable distance to pretty much anything. It was a very comfortable space. Chris was very good at communicated and even let us leave our bags there when we got there even though we arrived before check in. He also let us stay later when our flight got delayed. Overall, very good owner and property. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: We had family in town for the weekend and needed a bigger place to stay. With 4 bedrooms this place easily slept 8. Having 3 bathrooms was great too. The location is wonderful. Easy walk to the beach and good access to get downtown and to the highway going either direction. The outdoor space was really, too. With a hot tub and plenty of seating.

Summary: Spotlessly clean and comfortable house and outside space. Great location in West Vancouver - easy access to public transport, Stanley Park, shops and beach area. Host kindly offered use of bikes which we made use of around Stanley Park. Would highly recommend this property.

Summary: Our family truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay at this home. The house is spacious and had plenty of room for everyone. The location is central to everything within quick walking distance. Yet, the street is quiet and peaceful. The views are lovely. Parking was easy. The hot tub was great! The host is very friendly and responsive. The home is well-equipped with everything you could need. It was the perfect home base for our time in Vancouver. A 5-star experience. We will definitely be back!

Summary: Our family of five, including three young adults, thoroughly enjoyed this house and location to relax over Christmas break and explore Vancouver. We had duck hot pot for Christmas dinner at Lao Cai Chinese restaurant--delicious! And we ate and shopped our way through West Vancouver/Ambleside restaurants in the delightful town area as well as the extensive shopping mall a 10-minute walk away. There is an incredible view from the master bedroom upstairs of the Lionsgate bridge and the bay area. Everything was very clean and smart, with some lovely spices, oils and cooking equipment. Even a frother and Nespresso machine. The hot tub is clean and private, surrounded by outdoor seating. The most comfortable mattress is in the room on the left at the top of the stairs to the upstairs. The other three mattresses are not deluxe, but adequate. This is only worth noting if you have back pain; otherwise you'll be just fine. The decor is modern and tasteful, as shown. One more easy chair would be a good addition in the living room, but we carefully moved the chair from the other space into the TV area while we were there. The showers are clean and lovely. The older home is all updated and renovated. We never noticed any noise or evidence of the person living in the basement. We rented bikes and ran around Stanley Park, visited the Aquarium, the library, Chinatown, and walked around Ambleside and the beach. Our host was very responsive and provided lots of information.
